King's Cross is about 2 miles away, straight down the Marylebone/Euston Road. It is 10 minutes by Tube or 20 minutes by bus. The theatre district is also about 2 miles away and 30 minutes by public transport or on foot.

The apartment is on the ground and lower ground floors. One bedroom is on the ground floor. Two further bedrooms plus two bathrooms are on the lower ground floor.
